In 1998, production of the complete "OPENAIR" range, including rotary tillers, harrows, buriers, flail mowers, scarifiers, seeders, aerators and leaf sweepers was discontinued and transferred. In 1991 the Company, still under the name of AGRITEC, introduced a line of powder handling equipment. The new range named "EXTRACTING" dealt mainly with the problem of powder extraction from paper and plastic bags, from Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, as well as from hoppers, bins and silos. The "EXTRACTING" range soon covered Manual Bag Openers, Automatic Bag Splitting Machines, FIBC Dischargers and vibrating Bin Activators, all products being manufactured in large quantities to the Company¿s standards. More recently FIBC Fillers and Rotary Bin Dischargers manufactured in the unique and particularly wear-resistant SINT® polymer composites have been added to the product range. In autumn 1997, AGRITEC moved to new premises in Ponte Motta, near Modena. In 2000 the Company received an entirely new production layout and was incorporated into WAM® as EXTRAC® Division.
