The Italian WAMGROUP, worldwide leader in developing and manufacturing equipment and plant components for bulk solids handling and processing, have been represented in Spain by their own subsidiary since 2003. WAM Spain is responsible for the distribution of the WAMGROUP range in Spain and Portugal except for wastewater and solids-liquid separation technology products which are distributed by the other Spanish WAMGROUP subsidiary, SPECO Hidrotecnología.
The company is situated some 60km southwest of Barcelona near the town of Vilafranca del Penedès. The position next to motorway A7 to Valencia, not far from the intersection with A2 to Zaragoza, and the vicinity of the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona offers great logistic advantages in the distribution of WAMGROUP equipment in Spain and Portugal and in exporting goods to the Balearic and the Canary Islands.
