As one of the manufacturing subsidiaries of worldwide operating WAMGROUP, WAM Bombay, which was set up in 1996, at first as a trading subsidiary. In 2005 WAM Bombay started manufacturing various WAMGROUP products destined to distribution on the Indian subcontinent.
On June 1st 2009 the company changed its name to WAM India Pvt Ltd.
WAM India is situated in Thane, north of the city of Mumbai. Of a total area of 8,000 square metres, 3,000 square metres are covered by factory units and offices.
An extensive distribution network across the entire country guarantees professional customer service whenever and wherever needed.
In February 2013 WAM India moved to a new factory in Thane, Maharaschtra.
