The GT Plain Pipe End Couplings consist of two cast iron semi-casings with heavy-duty jaws set into the casing halves to secure the pipes together in a safe, quick and rigid way.
The two semi-casings are joined together by strong bolts and nuts positioned on the two ends.
The sealing is assured by gaskets made from EPDM or food-grade SILICONE.

The GT Couplings have been developed to join together two plain pipe ends on the same horizontal axis in a safe, quick and rigid way. The jaws set into the housing assure a solid grip and prevent the pipes from pulling out.
GT Couplings are suitable for both mild steel and stainless steel pipes.

- Semi-casing design made from cast iron conforming to EN GJS 500-7 EN 1563
- Jaws made from hardened carbon steel
- Gaskets available in EPDM or food-grade SILICONE
- Operating temperature: from -40 ฐC up to 110 ฐC (-40ฐF up to 230ฐF)
- Operating pressure: min. -0.5 bar / max. 7 bar (min. -7.2 PSI / max. 101.5 PSI)
- Diameters range from 40mm up to 200mm (from 1ฝ up to 8) to meet the most common pneumatic line ducts
- Quick and easy to install
- Reduces installation costs as compared to welded junctions
- Safer installation than welding (GT Coupling can be fitted without usage of special heavy-duty tools; requires torque wrench/spanner only)
