WASTEMASTER® GCP is designed for combined action of separation of solids present in the effluent, as well as compaction and dewatering of screened solids.
It consists of a perforated screen basket, a conveyor screw and a compacting module.
WASTEMASTER® GCE is identical with WASTEMASTER® GCP except for the missing compacting zone.
GCE is suitable for applications in which screenings do not need to or must not be compacted (e.g. plastic materials). |

Function |

The process starts in the screen that holds back solids only. The internal part of the screen is cleaned by brushes fixed on the outside diameter of the flight. As the water runs through the screen the shaftless spiral conveys the solids up towards the outlet section. |
