The ideal equipment for heavy-duty applications, the VG Slide Gate Valve is available in larger sizes than the VL-type (see relevant page) and is equipped with two replaceable seals. In the VG version the Slide Gate Valves have a square cross section, in the VGR version a rectangular one. Function VG Slide Gate Valves are used in all those plant applications where interception of gravity material flow is required. The Valves are mounted on the outlets of hoppers, tanks, silos, mechanical conveyor, and on loading bellow inlets.
