Description
OT-type External Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators combine high frequencies with high centrifugal forces. OT Vibrators are operated oil-free with filtered compressed air. They do not require any maintenance and they are successfully used as flow aids on bins, as drives for chutes or screens, and on vibrating tables.
Function
Vibration with the OT-type is generated by a turbine with integrated flyweights which rotates on two oversized ball bearings. OT Turbine Vibrators develop high vibration frequencies and centrifugal forces. Vibration presents a large amplitude even with low operating pressure.
For operation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required.
