The first WAM patent regarding an integrated drive bearing assembly was registered on October 14th, 1977.
Apart from various European countries, today WAMGROUP patents are extended to countries as far as Russia, India and China. In recent years, thanks to constantly substantial investments in R&D, the number of patent applications by the Group has increased.
WAMGROUP believes in the need of patents to protect its intellectual property and its competitive advantage acquired over time through research and development, as well as field experience.
Another objective is to create exclusivity for future technological evolution of WAMGROUP products.
